Put your working knowledge of materials, components and their applications to work as a Halliburton Professional of Mechanical Technology. Develop test procedures. Conduct tests and complete test result analysis for assigned projects, and help in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
Minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline and a minimum of two years related experience are required for this position. Design Engineering, including experience in Mechanical Downhole and/or Mechanical Service Equipment and a Professional Engineer's license are preferred.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer.
