          Job Description:

          Provides care to patients of all ages, and assistance to physicians and advanced practitioners in the NRHS Physician Office Network.
          Receives direct supervision from physician, advanced practitioner, clinical manager or clinic coordinator.
          LPN Rate $12.06 to $18.22

          MA rate $9.36 to $14.60

          Job Requirements:

          High school diploma or equivalent.
          Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse, or completion of an accredited program in Medical Assistant Training or equivalent experience preferred. 
          For Medical Assistant Candidate, Prefer CAAHEP OR NCCT accreditation and Registry with AAMA or AAMP.
          Prefer at least one year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care.
          For the Medical Assistant at least one year physician office experience is preferred.
          Experience in office clerical activities desirable.
          Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma for LPN applicant.
          For the Medical Assistant, prefer current active registration by the American Association of Medical Assistants or the American Association of Medical Personnel.
          CPR Certification required.
          Must be "Healthcare Provider plus AED" level.
