          Job Description:

          Reports to Nurse Manager.
          In the absence of the Nurse Manager, reports to Director or Shift Coordinator.
          Directs and guides LPNs, Unit Secretaries, Nursing Assistants, and ancillary team members in the performance of their duties.
          Acts as preceptor to RN and student nurses.

          Job Requirements:

          Diploma, Associate's degree (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN).
          Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
          Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
          Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
          NICU require:

          Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) training preferred.

          Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) training is required within 6 months of hire. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
