Our Managers make sure guest satisfaction is their first priority. They are dedicated to the customer’s experience in the restaurant, as well as making sure the restaurant is running smoothly. Whether it is our knowledgeable FOH staff or our talented BOH staff, who have to stay on top of an expansive menu, we aim to surpass our own accomplishments and be recognized as a leader in our industry.
As a Manager for us, you would be responsible for and ensuring the quality of our meals is up to par and maintaining a productive hourly staff. We currently have an immediate need for a Kitchen Manager for our high volume OKC location.
Candidates should have:
* 3+ years of current upscale casual or high volume casual dining Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous six years
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly Back of the House employees
* Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
